Restoring your AVG Account password of Avg Retail

AVG Account is a portal designed to help you manage all of your AVG subscriptions that are registered to the same email address

Restore your password

  1. Go to https://id.avg.com/recover-password or avg.com/retail
  2. Enter the email address that you used to make your AVG purchase, then click Continue.

    3. Go to your email inbox and open the email from notification@mails.avg.com with the subject Forgot your AVG Account password?. Then, click Reset My Password.


    4. Type your new password, then click Continue.


Your password is now changed and you are automatically signed in to your AVG Account. Click Continue to account to open the AVG Account dashboard.
